BLASTMeeting™ Brand Update Cost

The first time a Pro user customizes their branding (colors, logos, favicon, etc) the cost to implement those changes is no additional charge. Additional changes for the life of the account are a $5 charge to the account holder each time the interface is customized. We do this to keep the cost of the Pro level member ship down. In beta testing, we found that most account holders prefer to set their branding once and to match their company or personal style, and then lock it in.

Customizing the interface for each user requires back-end resources that drive cost, so a way for us to keep the customization costs lower was to only charge for it when it was deemed necessary by the user. This keeps your account cost lower over the lifetime of your BlastMeeting™ account.

IF I HAVE A PRO ACCOUNT, WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR BRANDING CHANGES?

There are three levels of accounts within BlastMeeting™, and are all geared toward giving you the most options at the very best price for your individual video conferencing needs and wants.

At the STARTER level, users don’t have the ability to change their branding. Much like a typical video conferencing service, you will be using an interface that is branded around the platform…In this case: BlastMeeting™

At the PRO level, users unlock the ability to customize their branding, making the experience of using BlastMeeting™ totally organic in the promotion of the user’s own brand. In our role-out beta testing, we found that most users would rather pay less monthly and only pay for each branding update as they needed them since most users simply adjusted the colors, logos, favicons, etc once to fit their brands and then left them alone. This model allows us to keep costs lower for our end users, only charging them customization fees when needed.

At the ENTERPRISE level, users have access to all platform functions, and can change their branding as often as they like, any time at no additional cost. The monthly cost for this level is quite a bit higher, however.
